Conceving the meal and the dishes in wich it will be served at the same time.

A 7 course meal, around the tea, under the supervising of Master Tzeng of the «Maison des Trois Thés». A long and complete project, from the conception to the production. Teamwork was here the key to the achievement of the project opperating a symbiosis of the shape of the  dishes according to the ingredients.

Project in collaboration between the cooking School G.Tirel in Paris, and Ceramics and Design of the ENS AAMA.
